How to Join
- Express Your Interest: Reach out to let us know you’re interested in joining the band. We welcome musicians of all levels and backgrounds.
- Contact Information: For more details, please email Carol at info@prossercommunityband.org. She is our point of contact and will be more than happy to assist you.
- First Rehearsal Preparation: Carol will ensure that you have the necessary music for your first rehearsal. We want you to be able to jump right in, playing music with us from day one.
What to Expect
- Rehearsals: Our rehearsals are held Wednesday evenings, 7:00-8:30, in the band room at the old Prosser High School (entrance off of Prosser Ave, to the right of the tennis courts). The doors will be opened at 6:45 for those who want to warm up or need to see Carol to get music.
- Performances: As a member of the band, you will have the chance to participate in various performances, showcasing your talent to the community.
- Community and Friendship: Joining the band is not just about music; it’s about being part of a community and forming friendships that can last a lifetime.
